Before you order

Four details that prevent surprises.

Good delivery planning matters as much as choosing the material.

01

Measure the area

Length, width, and planned depth create the first useful quantity estimate.

02

Check truck access

Gate width, turning room, soft ground, slopes, trees, and overhead lines all matter.

03

Plan the drop point

Delivery and placement are different services. Tell us where the material must end up.

04

Verify local rules

Confirm HOA, utility-marking, drainage, and permit needs before work begins.

Straight answers

Common questions

Is my project too small? +

Ask us. Bradshaw Materials is specifically designed to help homeowners and small businesses get a useful answer for jobs that may not fit a large commercial sales process.

Can you tell me what material I need? +

We can help narrow the options based on the use, existing ground, drainage, traffic, desired finish, and budget. Final site and engineering decisions remain with the property owner and qualified contractor.

Can material be spread after delivery? +

Placement may be available depending on location, material, equipment access, and schedule. Select “Yes” or “Not sure” in the request so we can discuss the right setup.

Do you supply stabilized sand? +

Yes. Bradshaw Materials can help source stabilized sand for new development, utility, paving, and specified backfill work. Share the project specification, quantity, delivery location, schedule, and testing requirements so availability and the correct mix can be confirmed.

Is the calculator a final order amount? +

No. It is a planning estimate with 10% added for waste. Compaction, density, grade, subbase, truck capacity, and real site conditions can change the amount.

Why do you ask what I searched for? +

That optional answer helps us understand what local customers are trying to solve. We also record standard campaign tags when you arrive from one of our ads. We do not identify people from private searches.
